Local epoxy & polyaspartic flooring for Groveland homes, installed by Elite Epoxy Surfaces’ own crew.
Elite Epoxy Surfaces installs garage, patio, pool deck, and driveway epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings for homeowners throughout Groveland, FL, with diamond-ground surface prep, a UV-stable topcoat, and warranty options up to 15 years. We’re locally owned and based right in Groveland at 7061 Sampey Rd, so a Groveland job is never a drive-in for us. It’s our own backyard.
Why Groveland Homeowners Choose Elite Epoxy
Groveland’s mix of newer construction and established neighborhoods means garage and patio concrete sees a lot of Central Florida heat, humidity, and summer storms. A painted or bare concrete floor cracks, peels, and stains fast under those conditions. Our polyaspartic and epoxy systems are built specifically for Florida’s climate: UV-stable so they won’t yellow in direct sun, and cured fast enough that most garage jobs are walkable within 24 hours.
We’re licensed, insured, and locally owned, and because Groveland is home base, our crew already knows the area’s HOA expectations and typical garage and patio layouts: no guesswork, no surprises on install day.
